TAKE NOTICE that the hearing to be held before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c 418, against Claudio Persiani, based on allegations in a notice of hearing issued by the Executive Director on June 24, 1999, has been adjourned, by consent, to 10:00 a.m. on April 10 to April 14, 2000, at British Columbia Securities Commission, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
