Digagogo Ventures Corp.

Section 89 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418


¶ 1 Digagogo Ventures Corp. (Digagogo) is a Delaware company, is registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and trades on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets quotation system.

¶ 2 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist or are about to occur that could result in other than an orderly trading of Digagogo’s securities.

      The Order
¶ 3 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Digagogo is halted until the end of August 4, 2011.
