¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161 and 174 of the Act against the above respondent.
¶ 2 The hearing to consider an application to extend the temporary order and set a date for the hearing was set to start at 2 pm on September 14, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
¶ 3 The hearing will now start at 1 pm on September 14.
