Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission scheduled a hearing on October 31, 2008, to consider an application by Mineralogy Pty Ltd. for orders relating to a take over bid by Mineralogy Pty Ltd.
¶ 2 On October 29, 2008, Mineralogy Pty Ltd. applied to adjourn the hearing.
¶ 3 Waratah Coal Inc. does not oppose the adjournment.
¶ 4 The Commission adjourns the hearing to 10 am on November 25, 2008, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
