¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider a request by the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Ashton Mining of Canada Inc. to cease trade an offer and the tender of any shares under a lock-up agreement made by Stornoway Diamond Corporation.
¶ 2 The Commission has scheduled the hearing for 10 am on September 6, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
