¶ 1 On March 18, 2008, the Executive Director issued a Temporary Order and Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 naming Philip Wong (Wong) as respondent.
¶ 2 On April 2, 2008, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a Hearing Adjournment and Extension of Temporary Order extending the March 18, 2008, Temporary Order until a hearing was held and a decision rendered.
¶ 3 On January 25, 2010, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a Reciprocal Order against Wong.
¶ 4 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Wong.
