Notice of Discontinuance of Proceedings
WHEREAS, on May 1, 1991, the Superintendent of Brokers (as he then was) issued a notice of hearing in respect of Rajiv Vohra (“Vohra”) and Ariel Resources Ltd. (“Ariel”) and the Executive Director does not wish to continue with the proceedings.
TAKE NOTICE that the Executive Director hereby discontinues the proceedings against Vohra and Ariel.
