¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated May 4, 2006.
¶ 2 The Commission has set the following dates for 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia:
September 26 to 28, 2006 to hear preliminary applications
January 22 to February 16, 2007 for the hearing
¶ 3 June 29, 2006.
