¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against Terry James Minnie and Raymond Patrick Shaw.
¶ 2 The Commission was to set dates for the hearing on January 24, 2007.
¶ 3 On January 15, 2007, the executive director applied to adjourn the set-date hearing.
¶ 4 We remain of the view that it is not in the public interest to hold the hearing in this matter until a decision is issued in related criminal proceedings. The hearing is therefore adjourned to 9 am on June 20, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
¶ 5 Temporary orders, issued on October 7, 2004 and extended on November 26, 2004, remain in effect until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered.
