Background
¶ 1 On December 1, 2000, under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, the Executive Director issued a notice of hearing and temporary orders against Davis & Davis Personal and Professional Development Seminars Ltd., Lauron Enterprises Inc., 3021310 Nova Scotia Inc., Laurie J. Davis, and Ronald G. Davis (collectively the respondents).
¶ 2 At a hearing held on December 14, 2000, the commission extended the temporary orders until a hearing is held and a decision rendered.
¶ 3 The executive director entered into a settlement agreement with the respondents dated February 10, 2005.
¶ 4 The commission considers that to revoke the temporary orders would not be prejudicial to the public interest.
The Order
¶ 5 It is ordered under section 171 of the Act that the temporary orders against the respondents be revoked.
