On July 10, 2001, the Executive Director issued a notice of hearing.
On December 18, 2001, the Commission set hearing dates.
On Tuesday, August 27, 2002, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, the Commission will hear an application by the respondents for disclosure of certain documents.
