Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On October 20, 2009, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against Sung Wan (Sean) Kim and a notice of hearing(2009 BCSECCOM 587).
¶ 2 On November 3, 2009, the Commission heard submissions from the Executive Director and considering it necessary and in the public interest,
• extended the temporary order until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered; and
• adjourned the hearing
