The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act against the above parties. The matter has been adjourned to June 25, 2003 at 9 am, not 10 am as previously stated, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
