¶ 1 Golden Spirit Enterprises Ltd. (Golden Spirit) is not a reporting issuer in British Columbia.
¶ 2 A director and the President of Golden Spirit is a resident of British Columbia.
¶ 3 Golden Spirit’s securities are quoted on Over the Counter Bulletin Board in the United States.
¶ 4 Golden Spirit’s securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Golden Spirit’s securities.
The Order
¶ 6 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Golden Spirit is halted until the end of April 9, 2008.
