¶ 1 The Executive Director issued a notice of hearing on February 28, 2006. She makes allegations and asks the Commission to hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Hidden Valley Power Company Ltd., Hidden Valley Enterprises Inc. and Daryl Desjardins.
¶ 2 On April 19, 2006, the Commission held a hearing to set the dates for the hearing of this matter. These parties did not appear.
¶ 3 At the hearing, on the application of the Executive Director, the Commission directed that
a. questions of liability and sanctions will be heard together, and
b. the hearing will be in writing.
¶ 4 The Executive Director will provide submissions and affidavit evidence by May 12, 2006.
