RMG Mining Inc. and Ryan Anthony Gibson
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission has set a hearing on October 5 to 9 and 13 to 15, 2009, to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The executive director set out the allegations in a notice of hearing dated February 3, 2009.
¶ 2 Ryan Anthony Gibson intends to apply for an order in relation to jurisdictional issues. The application is set for 9 am on June 23 and 10 am on June 25, 2009 at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver British Columbia.
