Ultimate Ventures Inc., Trivera Investments Inc., and
Cameron Kuipers
Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On March 17, 2006, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 against Ultimate Ventures Inc. (Ultimate), Trivera Investments Inc. (Trivera) and Cameron Kuipers (Kuipers) (collectively, the Respondents).
¶ 2 On November 30, 2006, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with the Respondents and issued orders in respect of the Respondents.
¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director, considering that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings.
