¶ 1 The BC Court of Appeal stayed the Commission hearing pending the outcome of Mr. Hu’s appeal of the Commission’s rulings issued September 8, 2009 (2009 BCSECCOM 506) and October 7, 2009 (2009 BCSECCOM 566).
