The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated November 20, 2002.
The matter has been adjourned by consent to May 18, 2004, at 10 am, when the panel will hear preliminary applications. The hearing is set for November 22 to December 10, 2004 (with the exception of December 2) at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
