Section 171 of the
Securities Act,
R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
On May 29, 2002, the Executive Director ordered under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of each of the reporting issuers cease until they file the required record.
Danbel Industries Corporation has now filed the required record.
Under section 171 of the
Act, the Executive Director orders that the cease trade order is varied to permit trading in the securities of Danbel Industries Corporation.
