¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider applications by Imperial Metals Corporation and bcMetals for orders in connection with a takeover bid.
¶ 2 The Commission has scheduled the hearing for 9 am on November 10, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
