Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 Orr has applied to have the hearing adjourned. It is currently set to begin on April 30, 2007.
¶ 2 The hearing is adjourned to May 14, 2007 to hear the examination and cross-examination of the executive director’s two remaining witnesses, Rankin and Doney. This will conclude the executive director’s case. The hearing will resume on September 11, 2007 to hear Orr’s case
¶ 3 Accordingly, we set new hearing dates as follows (all in 2007): May 14-16, September 11-13 and 24-28 at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
