Variation Order
¶ 1 On July 16, 2010, the commission ordered the respondents, Ross Stanfield, Bul River Mineral Corporation and Gallowai Mining Corporation, to disseminate a technical report that is fully compliant with National Instrument 43-101 for the Gallowai Bul River Property [2010 BCSECCOM 417].
¶ 2 On November 4, 2010, the commission varied its July order to extend the time for filing the technical report [2010 BCSECCOM 607].
¶ 3 On July 15, 2011, the Commission varied its November order to extend the time to file the technical report [2011 BCSECCOM 336].
¶ 4 The respondents have applied to further extend the time for filing the technical report to March 31, 2012.
¶ 5 The commission considering that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, and with the consent of the parties, under section 171 of the Act, varies its July 16, 2010 order, as varied by its November 4, 2010 order and its July 15, 2011 order, so that by March 31, 2012, the respondent corporations disseminate a technical report, that is fully compliant with National Instrument 43-101 and includes a mineral resource estimate for the Gallowai Bul River Property prepared by Scott Wilson RPA Inc., to all existing and future security holders of the respondent corporations.
