Hearing Dates
The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against Jesse J. Hogan. December 12 to December 14, 2001, has been set to hear any preliminary applications. February 18 to March 1, 2002, has been set for the hearing. The proceedings will begin on each day at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
