Hearing Notice
On November 13, 2002, the Executive Director issued a notice of hearing. On November 20, 28, and December 5, 2002, the Executive Director amended the notice.
On Thursday, February 20, 2003, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, the Commission will hear applications by John Da Costa and Anne McFadden for disclosure and to set dates for the hearing.
