ORDERS:-- WHEREAS an Agreed Statement of Facts and Undertaking was executed by Abode Home Equity Inc., Abode Home Equity Partners Limited Partnership, II Abode Home Equity Partners Limited Partnership, Maple Star Development Corporation, 381280 B.C. Ltd., Roger James Joseph West, William Carey Linde and Mervyn L. Hussack (collectively, the "Respondents") and the Superintendent of Brokers (the "Superintendent"), a copy of which is attached as Schedule "A";

NOW THEREFORE the Superintendent, considering that it would be in the public interest to do so,

1.
orders BY CONSENT that, pursuant to section 144(1)(c) of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1985, c. 83, the trading exemptions contained in sections 76(a), 76(b), 117(a) and 117(b) of the Securities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 270/86 do not apply to the Respondents for a period expiring at the end of June 7, 1993; and
2.
orders under section 153 of the Act that the temporary orders made on April 16, 1991 against the Respondents under section 144(2) of the Act, as extended on April 30, 1991 under section 144(3) of the Act, are revoked.
