Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above respondents. The allegations are set out in the temporary order and notice of hearing dated June 20, 2007. On July 27, 2007, the Commission extended the temporary order until the hearing is held and a decision is rendered.
¶ 2 On January 15, 2008, the Executive Director applied to adjourn the hearing. The respondents had until January 24, 2008 to file written submissions on the application. No submissions were filed.
¶ 3 The Commission adjourns the hearing to 10 am on
October 6 to 8, 15 to 17, 20 to 31, 2008
November 3 to 4, 12 to 28, 2008
December 1 to 3, 5, 2008
at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
