¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Michael Savage. The allegations are set out in the amended notice of hearing dated October 31, 2005.
¶ 2 The hearing, set to start on October 23, 2006, is adjourned by consent.
¶ 3 The hearing is set for 10 am on March 26 to 30 and April 2 to 4, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
