Hearing Notice - Extension of Temporary Order
EagleMark Ventures, LLC, Richard Lian (also known as
Richard Terry Ruuska) and Enna M. Keller
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On December 9, 2011, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against EagleMark Ventures, LLC, Richard Lian (also known as Richard Terry Ruuska) and Enna M. Keller and a notice of hearing (2011 BCSECCOM 546). On December 20, 2011, the Commission extended the temporary order and adjourned the hearing to January 10, 2012.
¶ 2 On January 10, 2012, the parties made submissions to the Commission regarding the temporary order.
¶ 3 By consent, the Commission extends the temporary order against the respondents, until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered, except that Enna M. Keller is permitted to
- • continue to act as director and officer of EK Ventures Inc., a private British Columbia company that Ms. Keller controls as sole shareholder, officer and director; and
• trade in securities on her own account through a registered dealer.
