¶ 2 Gemini Explorations, Inc. has an investor relation firm, mineral property, and auditor located in British Columbia.
¶ 3 Gemini Explorations, Inc.’s securities are quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board in the United States.
¶ 4 Gemini Explorations, Inc.’s securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Gemini Explorations, Inc.’s securities.
