¶ 1 Gemini Explorations, Inc. is not a reporting issuer in British Columbia.
¶ 2 Gemini Explorations, Inc. has an investor relation firm, mineral property, and auditor located in British Columbia.
¶ 3 Gemini Explorations, Inc.’s securities are quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board in the United States.
¶ 4 Gemini Explorations, Inc.’s securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Gemini Explorations, Inc.’s securities.
The Order
¶ 6 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Gemini Explorations, Inc. is halted until the end of September 5, 2007.
