¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Bryan Orr. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated April 13, 2006.
¶ 2 The Commission was to set dates for this hearing on Monday, June 5, 2006. That date has changed.
¶ 3 The Commission will now set dates for this hearing at 8 am on Thursday, June 15, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
