Sungro Minerals Inc.
Sections 161 and 171 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 At a hearing held on September 25, 2009, the Commission:
- under section 161(3) of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 extended the temporary order that all persons cease trading in the securities of Sungro Minerals Inc. (2009 BCSECCOM 413) until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered
- under section 171 of the Act, varied the temporary order to allow Sungro to issue 200,000 common shares on September 30, 2009 under an agreement entered into effective August 1, 2009, and amended, between two individual vendors and Sungro under which the vendors will transfer the Conglomerate Mesa Property to Sungro
- adjourned the hearing to be held under section 161(1) of the Act to December 18, 2009, when the Executive Director will give the Commission a status report on the investigation
