¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Bryan Orr. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated April 13, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing will continue at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia at 10 am on April 23 to May 18, 2007, except May 3. On May 2, the hearing will start at 2 pm.
