TAKE NOTICE that the hearing before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 against Jean-Claude Hauchecorne, referred to in the Notice of Hearing dated February 3, 2000, has been adjourned to April 20, 2000, to hear an application for standing as an intervenor, and to July 24 to August 4, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. at 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
