The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 against H & R Enterprises, Inc. The matter has been adjourned to September 19, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the parties will advise the Commission of their ability to set a date for the hearing.
