In a decision dated August 18, 2003, a panel of the Pacific District Council of the Investment Dealers Association directed Robert Peter Gawthrop to pay a financial penalty and costs for violating certain Association By-laws.
On September 18, 2003, the Investment Dealers Association applied to the Commission for a hearing and review of the decision.
A hearing to review the decision will be held on August 25, 2004, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
