¶ 1 On January 4, 2011, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act,RSBC 1996, c. 418 (the Act)naming Don Maxwell, as respondent.
¶ 2 On August 30, 2011, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with the respondent.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the respondent.
