Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against Arthur Murray Smolensky. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated September 11, 2002.
¶ 2 The commission will hear preliminary applications at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia on November 7 to 10, 2005. The hearing will start at 10 am, except November 9, when it will start at 2 pm.
