Hearing Notice – Extension of Temporary Order

Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418

¶ 1 On January 15, 2013, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against the Respondents and a notice of hearing (2013 BCSECCOM 1).

¶ 2 On January 29, 2013, the Respondents applied to adjourn the Executive Director’s application to extend the temporary order. The Commission granted the application, adjourned the Executive Director’s application to March 5, 2013 and extended the temporary order until a hearing is held and a decision rendered (2013 BCSECCOM 22).

¶ 3 On March 4, 2013, the Respondents applied to the Commission to further adjourn the Executive Director’s application to extend the temporary order and agreed to set dates for the hearing of this matter. The Executive Director consents to the Respondents’ application.

¶ 4 By consent, the Commission sets April 2, 2013 at 9:00am for the parties to attend to set a date for the hearing of the allegations in the notice of hearing.
