The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. The Commission has changed the dates for the hearing. The hearing is now set for November 29 to December 16, 2004 (with the exception of December 2) at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
