TAKE NOTICE that the hearing to be held before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c 418, against Dirk Alan Rachfall and Michael Kevin Patterson has been adjourned, by consent, to October 6, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. at 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, at which time a date will be fixed for the hearing.
