The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above respondents. The dates for the hearing, currently set for April 13 to May 7, 2004, have been changed. The hearing will now take place on April 21 to May 14, 2004, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
