Northern Continental Resources Inc. and Hathor Exploration Limited
Section 114 and 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider an application by Northern Continental Resources Inc. for orders in relation to a take over bid by Hathor Exploration to purchase all outstanding common shares of Northern Continental Resources.
The hearing is set for 9:30 am on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
