Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161,
162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated August 2, 2007.
¶ 2 On September 19, 2007, the Executive Director applied to the Commission for a direction, ruling or other written decision prohibiting Reginald
Clarke Handford from publishing disclosure documents.
¶ 3 The Commission will hear the application at 9 am on September 21, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West
Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
