Notice of Adjournment of Hearing
WHEREAS on July 13, 1999, a Notice of Hearing to be held before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c 418, was issued in the matter of Dirk Alan Rachfall and Michael Kevin Patterson;
AND WHEREAS on July 13, 1999, temporary orders against Rachfall and Patterson were issued; on July 22, 1999, the temporary orders were extended until the hearing is held and the decision is rendered, and on May 3, 2000, the temporary orders were varied;
TAKE NOTICE that the hearing in this matter has been adjourned, by consent, to April 5, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. at 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, at which time a date will be fixed for the hearing;
