The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing at the Commission’s Hearing Room, 12th foor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, at 8:30 am on Monday, November 18, 2002, to set procedures for hearing applications made in the above matter, and to set dates to hear the applications.
