The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing at the
BC Human Rights Tribunal offices, 12th floor, 605 Robson Street (at Seymour), Vancouver, British Columbia at 10:00 am on Monday, October 18, 2004, to consider a request by Tolko Industries Ltd. for orders to prevent the operation of a shareholder rights plan adopted by Riverside Forest Products Limited on October 5, 2004.
