The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 against the above parties. The Commission will set a date for the hearing on January 9, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
