The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against Colleen A. Fiessel, Leonard E. Fiessel and Robert L. Shull. The matter has been adjourned to 9:00 a.m. on March 28, 2001, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, to fix a date for the hearing.
