¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated June 28, 2006.
¶ 2 A preliminary application was set for November 30 and December 1, 2006. On November 1, 2006, the parties applied to adjourn the preliminary application.
¶ 3 The Commission adjourns the preliminary application by consent to 10 am on February 19 and 20, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
